Bonnie Lee Stephens

Bonnie Lee Stephens passed away on March 14, 2022 in Renton, Washington aged 87.

Born to parents Steve and Lucille Jenkins on January 11, 1935 in Shenandoah, Iowa. She graduated from Shenandoah High School in 1953. She grew up around horses and was a competitive barrel racer.

After graduating high school, Bonnie worked for Tidy House Products in their promotions department before meeting her future husband Clyde Stephens. They married on March 27, 1955 before moving to California that same year where they purchased a home in Live Oak and raised their two sons. They later moved to Yuba City where Bonnie worked as a library clerk at Central Gaither school. In 2008 she retired from Central Gaither school.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Clyde, her sister Jean, brother Bob, sons Mike (Linda) and Tony (Lorena), three grandchildren Kimberly, Travis and Christopher, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
