During her work tenure she took part in an educational study, sponsored by Washington Round Table which resulted in a one-million-dollar allocation to state schools for teacher training.
Some of her favorite hobbies were camping and fishing for trout with her husband and two daughters at Bumping Lake in Washington State. Diana enjoyed spending time with her brothers and sisters at family gatherings at her mom’s house where they played cards and laughed together well into the evening. She loved cruising on Princess cruise lines and visiting many different and exotic places. She always wanted to go on a cruise around the world, instead she is going on a tour of the universe.
Diana was a humble and generous soul who always thought of others before herself and every year provided hot meals for the hungry during the holidays. Her favorite charities to support throughout the year were those for our veterans and first responders.
