Gloria June Bolton Jefferson was born to Albert Christopher Bolton and Lunley Mae Bourff on June 11, 1942 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She died on May 13, 2016 at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, Washington. Gloria was the fourth from the youngest of the siblings which survived past a few days of life. She was predeceased by both parents and two brothers Herman and Glen Bolton. She is survived by seven siblings, by her husband Ron Jefferson, daughter Jamie Deone Jefferson (born 01-20-62), son Philip Ray Jefferson (born 01-22-63), son Craig Jefferson (born 9-3-65), grandchildren Ian Zachary Jefferson, Cayton Celeste Jefferson, Alyssa Jefferson, and Ariana Grace Jefferson, and great granddaughter Audrey Victoria Hirt as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Gloria worked as the manager of the employees’ cafeteria at Sears Overlake, and at Northwest Hospital. Her role as parking fee handler allowed her to greet many regular patients who came to the outpatient clinic. Gloria loved the role of greeting and taking payments as it allowed her to bless many and know them by name. While in her booth at NW Outpatient building, she was able to play CDs of her favorite Gaither Christian music.
