June 15, 1936-October 3, 2018
Jim Daniels passed away at his home in Monroe, WA on October 3rd with his wife of 38 years, Terry by his side. Jim suffered from illness for many years before succumbing to COPD at age 82. Even though his body wore out, he still kept his quick wit and sense of humor to the last day.
Jim was born June 15, 1936 in Anoka, MN to Russell and Marcella Daniels. Jim proudly served his country as an United States Marine and was a talented carpenter who worked on the Alaska Pipeline.
His parents, brother Gene, and stepson Clayton Eddleman preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother Dick (Delores), sisters Kathy and Joanne (Fred), and cousin Don (Charlene). Jim lived in Arkansas, Alaska, Issaquah, WA and eventually Monroe where he met his beloved wife Terry.
Pops also leaves behind his children Rob, Terry, and Susan, and stepson Aaron Eddleman (Kerry). Jim cherished his grandchildren, Terry Jr., Cody and Kendall Daniels, and Makenzee and Aria Eddleman.
As much as Pops will be missed, he is surely free from pain and dancing somewhere with a Crown and Coke in his hand.
Friends and family are welcome to join in celebrating Jim’s life at a memorial service on Sunday, November 4 at 3:30pm at French Creek Manor (9931 167th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98290)
