Linda Arlene Goodrich, 75, passed away on November 9, 2018, in Woodinville, WA.

She is survived by her son, Darrell Goodrich and daughter-in-law, Debbie Goodrich of Duvall and her daughter, Lisa Goodrich-Ellis and son-in-law Stan Ellis of Bellevue. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Daniel Smith, Taylor Goodrich, Nicole Flannigan, Jesse Smith, Rylie Goodrich and Caleb Goodrich. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Darrell Goodrich and her parents, Fred and Marie Whitner.

Linda was born on December 26, 1942 in Port Orchard, Washington. She graduated from Bellevue High School in 1961. She lived in Woodinville with her family for the last 49 years and was a substitute special education aide in Northshore School District. Linda and her husband lived for their camping trips along the Olympic Peninsula. Hunting for agates, fishing, finding meaningful gifts to share and eating out. She especially loved Kalaloch and Ruby Beach. She was a strong woman who stayed true to her convictions and loved her friends and family well. All of those living near her knew her for her wit, kindness, and gift giving over the holidays, whether it be thoughtfully purchased or hand made gifts. Her neighbors were much loved and a very important part of her life.

A memorial is scheduled for December 15 at 2:00 PM at Meadowbrook Church 17944 NE 65th Street, Redmond, WA, 98052. In honor of Linda, the family would like to ask those attending the memorial to wear something red to represent Christmas, her favorite holiday and color.
