Margaret L. (Napoli) Johnson, 87, passed away on May 15th in Redmond, Washington. She was born on May 1929 in Seattle, Washington to Antonio and Assunta Napoli.
Margaret grew up in Seattle.
She graduated from Franklin High School in Seattle. After graduating she had a number of part time jobs and worked for over 9 years in the family business.
Margaret loved spoiling her husband Dan of 62 years and “loved every minute” of raising her children (and all of their friends).
She loved cooking and making her house a home.
She was very devoted to her parents and her sisters. She was a member of the “Order Sons of Italy in America” (Fedele – Seattle Lodge).
Margaret is survived by her children, daughter in laws and son in laws; Dan Johnson, Jr. (Lisa), Jeff Johnson (Jody), Joanne Cox (Mike), 
Rosie Rourke (Mike) and Sandie Swartout (Ty). Her (11) grandchildren; Danielle Armbruster (Wayne), Jessica Thody (Ryan), Bret Johnson (Jessie), Ryan Cox (Heather), Brandon Johnson, Nino Johnson, Lia Swartout, Luke Swartout, Alex Johnson, Jordan Rourke and Tony Rourke. Her (4) great grandchildren; Kelli Wiles, Cameron Thody, Natalie Thody and Cole Johnson. Many nieces, grand-nieces, nephews and grand-nephews that she loved as her own. Her brother-in-law Cliff McGerry.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents Antonio & Assunta, sisters Rose McGerry, Elizabeth Branica, Carmela Napoli, her husband Dan Johnson, Sr. and daughter Toni Grimes.
A funeral service will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church – 7045 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA. 98033 on June 9th, 2016 / Rosary at 10:00AM followed by funeral mass at 10:30. The family will be greeting friends and relatives at Holy Family Reception Hall after the funeral mass services. There will not be a Burial.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to “The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America”. Condolences may be left on Margaret Johnson’s online guest book.
