Evonne Marie Kruger

Evonne Marie Kruger was born on April 12, 1957 in Renton, Washington to Robert and Florene Williams and entered eternity on February 24, 2016. She passed away in her home in Black Diamond, Washington after gracefully fighting a two-year cancer battle.

Evonne grew up in Maple Valley, attended Tahoma High School, and spent the majority of her life in the greater Seattle area. For nearly thirty years, Evonne immensely enjoyed her job as a school bus driver with Tahoma School District. She was also very active, enjoying gardening, jazzercise, softball, boating, crafts, and recreational trips to Mexico.

Evonne devotedly cared for her kids, Andrea Smith and Tom Personius, by whom she is survived. She will also be greatly missed by her loving partner Gary Baker, nine grandchildren, and brothers, Mike Williams and Lloyd Williams.

A celebration of Evonne’s life will be held on April 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Lake Wilderness Lodge.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Girls & Guys, Evonne’s charity of choice.
