Frances I. DiPalma, 93, died February 25, 2016 in Seattle, Washington where she lived for the past 6 years.
Born September 14, 1922, daughter of Alvertis Moyers and Flora (Tolbert) Moyers, in Carlisle County, Kentucky, she lived in Port St. Lucie, Florida for 30 years, coming from Michigan. Survivors include daughter, Carolyn DiPalma of Seattle; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia DiPalma and Allan Packer of Seattle; and, granddaughter, Morgan Packer of Seattle and currently of Paris, France. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Michael DiPalma, and by her brother, Lucien Moyers.
Fran will be remembered for her love of life and all things pink or chocolate, understated wit, strong opinions and stubborn resistance, enjoyment of particularities of crafts, decoration, and design, and devotion to family and friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 4, 2016 at All Saints Cemetery, Jensen Beach, Florida. Arrangements are under the direction of Barton Family Funeral Service, Kirkland, WA and Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service, Fort Pierce, FL.
