Charles Noel
It is with great sadness to announce the transitioning of Charles Rodney Noel on September 5, 2021. He was a son, a father, a brother, an uncle, a soldier, and a friend to many.
Charles was a gentle prankster and passionate sports fan with an abundance of energy. He was known for his infectious smile, his gentle spirit, and his love for life.
He leaves behind many who loved him, including his Mother Thelma, Son Justin, Daughter Courtney, Sister Cheryl, Nephew Bryce, Aunt Pat, Aunt Donnette, and countless extended family and friends.
May his legacy continue in the hearts and minds of those he loved and those who loved him.–
