Jerry D Shipman

 

Jerry D Shipman passed away peacefully at Evergreen hospital in Kirkland with family by his side. He is predeceased by his parents, Claire and Eileen Shipman, his brother Al, his loving wife Edie, and his adopted daughter and best friend Janny. He is survived by his sister Gayle (Ken) Gillette, his brothers Dennis and Gary (Chelsie) Shipman, his sons Terry (Ann) and Tom (Jill) Shipman, 4 granddaughters, 4 great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Jerry was born in Miami Florida. He was a real estate broker, cowboy, and an accomplished song writer and musician. He enjoyed playing music, hunting, and cooking. He was a devoted Christian and supported several charities. Jerry enjoyed the solitude and beauty of Alta Lake in Eastern Washington where he spent much of his time in the mountains hunting and cooking for his friends and companions.
There was no place better then listening to his voice & guitar around the campfire.
