Phillip Neal Graham was a great and funny individual that loved his close ones dearly. Born and raised here in Seattle, WA he spent his time traveling, shopping and collecting many things like Christmas ornaments and family photos. Phil has accomplished many things in life. He served some of his life to the Army in 1966 to 1971 as an engineer specialist. After helping his country he chose to help little kids with special needs for 9 years. He leaves behind his best friend Andy Gonda, his god daughter Stephanie Vann-Rainwater, great friends Donald Milne & James Farr, his sisters Linda, Carol and Sharon and lots of other family. He has been a great inspiration to all of us and will continue to be up in heaven.
