Victoriana del Castillo Samonte died on December 11, 2017 in Kirkland, Washington at the age of 90. She was born on January 20, 1927 in the Philippines.

She is survived by her loving family including her eight children: Bethoven (Erlinda) Samonte, Edna Samonte, Nida (Thomas) Tresnon, Sonia (Wilfred) Slate, Marites (Francisco, Jr.) Rabulan, Susana Samonte, Domingo Samonte, Corazon (Ernesto) Martinez; 17 grandchildren: Nancy (Tim), Pinky (Rodney), Salvador, Jr., Ramina, Pamela, Eugene, Jennifer (Apollo), Janice (Jonathan), Michael (Mariel), Bianca (Chanh), Ada, Jessica, Sahara, William, Joseph, Kristine, Troy; 13 great-grandchildren: Mark, Ciara, Hannah, Ron, Paolo, James, Jasmine, Kian, Fe, Fhaye, Amanda, Jayvier, Kahealani; and by numerous family and friends in the USA, Philippines, Ireland, and Australia.

Viewing starts at 2:00pm and service at 6:00pm in the evening on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Barton Family Funeral Service of Kirkland, 11630 Slater Avenue NE, Kirkland, WA 98034.

Burial will be Monday, December 18, 2017 at Woodinville Cemetery with immediate family in attendance only.
