生平略歷
黃婆婆鄭娟姊妹在1927年2月22日出生於潮州汕頭。
1953年黃姊妹接受耶穌基督為她個人的救主,受洗成為基督徒。
1974年移民美國與女兒團聚。在1980年前往波士頓,
1989年隨同董家遷至西雅圖,至今三十五年,
黃婆婆鄭娟姊妹一生愛人及服事人之心,都是源自她敬愛上帝。 她每天閲讀聖經及背誦經文,
以下經文是她在2004年跌斷手骨後的分享:【詩篇73:26】

Eulogy
Sister Wong Cheng Kin born on February 22, 1927 in Chaozhou-Shantou, China. Although she did not receive education at her childhood. She self-studied and able to write and read. She was hardworking and honest. At age twelve she had been working in the factory to provide the living for herself and her mother. After her marriage she gave birth to her daughter Jean. She went to Hong Kong to work in the garment factory at age twenty years old. Her daughter, Jean, remained living with grandmother in Shantou. When Jean was 15 years old, Sister Wong united with daughter in Hong Kong. Sister Wong sent her daughter to Hong Kong – Poo Too School to have a good education.
In 1953 Sister Wong accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior, was baptized as a Christian.
In 1974 she immigrated to the United States and lived with her daughter’s family. In 1980 she went to Boston, to work for Mr. Ka-Kit Tung and Mrs. Patricia Tung, took care of their eight months old daughter – Jennifer. Later, second daughter – Diane, son – Christopher was born. She worked for the Tung’s for more than 35 years.
In 1989, Sister Wong moved to Seattle with the Tung’s family. Tung’s family treated her as part of the family. Although Sister Wong was old, and Tung’s children do not need Sister Wong’s caring, Mr. & Mrs. Tung let her live at their home like family. Tung’s children, Jennifer, Diane and Christopher love Sister Wong as their grandmother. Sister Wong loved to squeeze fresh orange juice squeezed for them as her way of expressing her love.
Sister Wong had a loving heart and loved to serve people. The reason is she loved God. She read the Bible and recited the verses daily. She prayed for her relatives, Tung’s family and all of the church members every day.
Sister Wong had a daughter Jean in Rhode Island, son-in-law Arthur Luke who went with the Lord nine months ago, two grandchildren Julian, Pauline, and four great grandchildren Mason, Izzy, Macky, Quinn. Sister Wong had a younger brother and two nieces Laura and Olivia in Australia. They sent packages to Sister Wong every Christmas and had visited her twice in Seattle.
The following verse was shared by her when she broke her arm 2004: [Psalm 73:26] My flesh and my heart may fail; but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.
Sister Wong was taken to Emergency room on January 17, 2016 in the morning for she could not stand up after sitting down at home. Her daughter, Jean, came to visit her from out of state after hearing about the incident immediately. Due to the failure of her lungs, Sister Wong went with the Lord at Overlake Hospital 5:55 pm on January 22, 2016. She entered rest in the Lord’s bosom after 88 years.
